Meghan Markle’s best pal has revealed what he thinks she will be like as a mum saying she will ‘make her own baby food’.
The Duchess of Sussex’s close friends spoke about the former Suits actress on a new documentary and claimed that Meghan will be a ‘hands-on’ mum.
The show called ‘Meghan and Harry, Plus One’, aired on US broadcaster CBS on Friday with Meghan’s friend and host Gayle King.
Meghan’s pal Daniel Martin, who did her make-up for her wedding to Prince Harry , said he thinks she’ll be spending a lot of time in the kitchen preparing food for baby Archie.
Daniel said: “I’m sure the baby’s going to be raised clean and green.
“She loves to cook, eating organic whenever she can. I totally see her making her own [baby] food, yeah.”
The 37-year-old Suit actress used to post and share food recipes and healthy eating tips on her now-defunct blog, The Tig.
So it will come as no surprise if the Duchess prepares ‘clean and green’ treats for her baby.
During the interview, Daniel broke down in tears as he defended Meghan and said she “doesn’t deserve all this negative press”.
Meghan was accused of secretly approving guests to speak on the CBS documentary but Buckingham Palace has denied the claims and said the Duchess has not had any involvement in the show.
In baby Archie’s birth certificate revealed yesterday, it confirmed the place of birth as the Portland Hospital and dismissed speculation that Meghan had a home birth at Frogmore Cottage .
Meghan’s occupation was also listed as ‘Princess’ on the birth cert.
Archie is believed to be the first mixed-race child born to a senior member of the royal family in centuries.
