The Duke of Sussex is to re-visit two community initiatives in Nottingham for World Mental Health Day.

Harry will return to Nottingham Academy – a place he has visited on several occasions – and Community Record Studio in St Ann’s on Thursday.

The duke, who spearheads mental health initiative Heads Together alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, is to meet young people at both community projects which aim to improve mental well being.

At Nottingham Academy, Harry will join an Epic Partners Nurture Session discussion about mental health and is expected to be invited to share his own experiences.

Harry and the Duchess of Sussex visited the school in November 2017 – their first official visit following their engagement.

At Community Recording Studio, a charity that has been running for over 20 years, Harry will be invited to watch young people perform a “Hip Hopera” which highlights mental health issues.

The duke is also due to mark World Mental Health Day with singer Ed Sheeran, after teasing the collaboration on the Sussex’s official Instagram account on Wednesday.

A video of the duke welcoming in the star and a film crew was posted, alongside a hashtag promoting the awareness day.

It comes just days after Harry – alongside Meghan, William and Kate – gave his voice to a TV advert launching Every Mind Matters, a joint campaign by the NHS and Public Health England, which advocates good mental health.
