In southern, central and eastern England there should be warm spells of sunny weather.

For the rest of the UK conditions should stay dry but cloudy, with colder weather on Monday before getting warmer for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The end of next week will see the cold weather set in, with sunshine and showers on Friday.
The weekend will bring cold northerly winds and possibly snow on higher grounds in the north and some low levels, though it will not settle.
There will also be widespread frost at night with possible icy patches.
Going into November the weather will become more changeable with windy conditions and bands of rain and showers, which could change to snow in the north.
Nights will get colder, with a risk of ice on roads and pavements in the mornings.
Towards the middle of the month fog and frost will become more likely in the north, with conditions becoming milder in the south with some rain at times.
